Very unkind
I went with my teenage daughter and she left in tears. Staff was horrible. She is adopted and doesn't look like me. The receptionist said, I need photo ID for her so you can prove she's related to you. That was upsetting enough, but my daughter is in pain, so I obliged. Then an even nastier woman came out and told us we had to wear masks. I said, I'm sorry. Can we borrow two from you, I don't have any. She glared at me and just said no. She told us to leave the office. Awful experience thanks to horrible staff.

Very pleased with Dr Birk. He spent time expressing what his plan was to surgically improve my foot. He was thorough and professional at all times. I felt as though he saw me as a person not just a patient. His staff was five star. I highly recommend him

Very knowledgeable, ethical doctor. I wouldn't go to anyone else for foot care. After a botched surgery follow-up by someone else, Dr. Birk solved the problem in 3 visits.

Wouldn't take me back as a patient because an insurance companies mistake with a bill. Said they sent it to collections but I never got anything and isn't on my credit report. Avoid this place it's ashame cause he's a good doctor.
