Dr. Broman is no longer effective in his job. Instead of admitting the wrong lenses were ordered for me, he and his staff kept insisting I try various combinations of 2 different types of lenses over the course of more than 2 months. When I finally said I wanted to return the lenses because I could not use them, they penalized me financially when I was NEVER told this would happen. This was not my fault. It was due to his tech, Tracy. It's clear it's time he retires and they let Tracy go so she does not continue to blithely make mistakes that cost customers not only financially but time-wise as well.
