Wonderful experience
This was our first visit with Dr Bugg . We figured we had a 2 hour drive from our home and we left early not being sure how long the trip would really be. We arrived an hour early. Dr Bugg was able to meet with me 45 minutes early.Dr Bugg was fantastic, answered all my questions and give me complete road map as to treatment and probable timetable.

Courteous, Professional and Caring
Dr. Bugg and his staff are very efficient. I am always seen within a few minutes of my appointment time. Dr. Bugg takes the time to explain everything thoroughly and to answer all my questions in a caring, professional manner. I would recommend him to anyone who needs to see a urologist.

Annual Review
I was examined by Dr. Bugg today in a brief conference with him. Dr. Bugg asked several questions about my health, about the effect of the medication I take due to an enlarged prostate gland and then he proceeded with his personal examination. I was then directed to the blood extraction.

Met him in his clinic, with my wife present. He discussed possible issues and conducted a procedure. He saw no problems but scheduled me for a radiology exam. Very professional, personable, and efficient.

My wait was short. I was greeted with a smile and friendly conversation on my way to the exam room. The lab personnel were very friendly and careful with me. As i made my follow up appointment I was again greeted with a smile and friendly conversation. Dr. Bugg was very attentive to my needs. He has a great bedside manner. Very professional! Highly recommend this Dr.
