Truly DISAPPOINTING and terrible front desk staff
A recent visit to Dr. Charles Kim prompted me to seek alternative healthcare providers. Despite prior appointments at 8am, the latest was unexpectedly scheduled for 9am. Upon arrival, the receptionist scolded me for the timing discrepancy and rudely instructed me to sit down. This encounter caused a significant spike in my systolic blood pressure. The nurse tasked with drawing my blood made four unsuccessful attempts, leaving multiple bruises on my arm (which she had done in some previous visits before). Despite requesting a different nurse or technician, I was ignored for around 30 minutes before receiving a referral to another facility. The staff's lack of professionalism, care, and respect was unprecedented in my healthcare experiences, leading me to reconsider continuing my care under their service.

If you're looking to use Dr. Cho as your Primary Care Doctor, please find another one. He doesn't even have exam beds to do a full examination. A physical consisted of him sitting at a computer, typing notes, and squeezing my legs. $100 to fill out paperwork. Plus charging a co-pay for preventative care. Previous review stating that he just cares about money is completely true.

Doctor and the office staff were very well trained. Everything was reasonable and practical. Being in Korea town is not easy, since some doctors do not keep the rules or policies. And it may look like "being flexible", but it eventually affects badly to patient. Dr. Cho did his best and did well among the rules and policies. I liked because everything was cleared.

He is an awesome doctor! I recently moved to LA and needed an my primary care physician. I was prompted to make an appointment with Dr. Cho after several positive recommendations from my friends. I do not have wait for an appointment and the wait time to be seen by the doctor was just ten minutes. Dr. Cho was knowledgeable, personable and thorough. Unlike several doctors I've gone to, he did not just take my medical information and robotically enter it into the computer, he explained very well,
