My 14 year old son had an infected toe for months. When we came here everyone was so kind and friendly. At the same time however, they took me seriously. They took extra good care of my son and eased his tensions about this procedure.

Dr. Ginn has fitted my daughter and I with custom orthotics. He is knowledgeable and caring about our concerns. I feel very confident in his abilities. His staff is efficient and able to answer our questions as well. They have worked well with our insurance companies. I recommend Dr. Ginn every chance I get.

I was treated by Dr Ginn for 3 years for recurring stress fractures. When I moved out of state I had to find a new doctor who gave me a different diagnosis: Arthritis. I got a second opinion, same thing: arthritis. No one could see the stress fracture I had been diagnosed with by Dr Ginn. He may know what he is doing for some feet, but he can't read an X ray. Please seek a second opinion.

Dr. Ginn has been amazing. I saw him for Heel pain, and his treatment, in my opinion, has been excellent. He has excellent bedside manner. His office is fantastic as well. His employees are incredibly friendly and competent at what they do. They also have an On-site xray for diagnostic scanning which takes only a few minutes to get results. You don't have to go to the hospital to get an xray then have to come back. It is all knocked out during your visit. I am glad i found Dr. Ginn.

I was treated very unfairly, the clinic manager was rude and didn’t provide a good customer service.
Someone scheduled recurrent visits without my knowledge and then they claim I did t show??!! This has NEVER had happened to me ever!
It seems to me that it is a discriminatory and unfair treatment.

My son went to see this doctor and gave him some cream to put on the bottom of his feet. Ok. Nothing happened. Then gave him a shot in each foot. Ok. Nothing. Now he had a appointment and the quack of a doctor said, nothing more I can do. REALLY? Just like that. He gives up! At least send him to someone else who can do something about this. Will NOT refer him to anyone!

I couldn't ask for a better doctor than Dr. Ginn. He has always been very attentive and through during my visits. Dr. Ginn has done several surgeries for on an ankle that most doctors would not have tried to fix. I have been very pleased with the courtesy of Dr. Ginn and his staff. I would and have recommended his office to friends and family.

Would never use anyone else again. I have been spoiled by the level of care and customer service I have received from Dr. Ginn and his staff. I wish every other doctor I have dealt with would have made me feel as well cared for as Dr. Ginn and staff have. He had been my doctor for several years now and I would recommend him to everyone.

Excellent! He did a procedure to correct an ingrown toenail on my big toe and the next one as well. There was no pain, and the relief has been appreciated. He also has a very calming bedside manner. I would most definitely recommend him.
