Had 2 scopes to "clean up" both knees years ago by Dr. hartz at the Fargo, VA. At that time he said I would eventually need total knee replacements. He recently gave me those replacements. Dr. Hartz is very caring about his patients and visits them every weekday while they are still in the hospital. His PAs visit as well, including the weekends. In the VA system it takes a bit to get a referral to a specialty doctor, but once you do, you are in.
