Thorough ER visit. He covered everything with tests and scan to make sure nothing was missed. He did not dismiss any concerns and made me feel at ease for coming in. He gave a good follow-up plan and ensured I would be ok until I saw my doctor to continue further testing.

Even though the time I was in the ER nothing seemed to be wrong I was made to feel it was OK to be there. All the results were explained.

Dr Havel was very courteous and respectful of my situation. Seemed very knowledgable and was very apologetic for some of the wait time. It's an emergency room what else would I expect

He has no bedside manner. I would never see this dr. I went to er for blood clot in my right calf and it took them 1 1/2 to due blood work and ultrasound . Then came in room and said “You have blood clot “ never said where in my leg and said “ we sent your prescription to pharmacy “ nurses sat at nurse desk taking about where there husbands were taking them for dinner! I will never go back to Watertown ER again!!

ER visit because I was coughing up blood. I told the doctor that I suspected chemicals in the air that caused the issue. Doctor only did blood work, EKG and chest x-ray. Never check throat or esophagus, despite repeated mention of my throat irritation.
