Chronic Pain Mgt.
Dr. Ho is very friendly and always answers any questions I may I have in regard to the chronic pain I experience due to ongoing degenerative spine issues and explains in detail any concerns I have… I had been treated previously by NECS and Dr. Ho continued the treatment I had been on and explained other procedures available. He shows a lot of interest in my health well-being

Horrible
He did not know a thing about me when he entered the room. Missed compassion completely in my review. How did he become a pain Doctor is beyond me. I walked out knowing that he was the worse Doctor that I have ever encountered. I will have no future visits to that pain clinic.

The Doctors and staff, who work here are amazing.
Dr. Ho, took time to explain everything to me. I had other questions and he took the time to answer them. The Doctors and Staff are very nice. I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. I would recommend, all the Doctors, who work here. 5 stars

Great appointment
No wait, Office staff really nice. Dr Ho explained everything I could want to know in reviewing my MRI, answered my questions, was honest and frank. During procedure he told me each thing we were doing as he did it which I like, spoke to me the whole time. It was over quickly, no pain during procedure. His cautioning me to understand that the procedure was not to unbulge the disc in question but to de-inflame the nerve it was pressing on...therefore I still had to be careful with how I used my body and make good choices in the things that are reasonable for me to continue physically and the things that may not be with my bak issues. This was specially helpful because I generally think I can do anything and as long as I have no pain I think that's true...which it is apparently not! Thank you!

Awful experience. Within like 2 minutes he said I could either have spinal injections or would have to find another doctor if I wanted medical management. Treated like a drug addict for no reason at all. Such a waste of time. When I said I didn’t want injections, he literally threw a list of other pain clinics at me. Worst bedside manner ever.

Absolutely worst doc experience I’ve ever had….After 6 months, still being treated as a ‘new patient’(AKA drug addict). Doc & his NAP wrote dual scripts & somehow that was my fault. Also, told me a certain med wasn’t showing up in pee screenings. I looked it up & the drug doesn’t show up in routine tests….these are just a few issues of many more! If you like being treated like an addict, give them a call. Otherwise, stay away…far, far away!!!

Awful. Wouldn't answer any questions about the spine block he said was performing. Wouldn't see me after the procedure even though he was sitting about 6 feet away from me for over 30 mins. Waste of time and money. He had no interest in the amount of pain I was in and took no action to help. One of the worst bedside manners I've ever encountered. Nursing staff excellent
