Office was absolutely disgusting. Someone clearly currently smokes in it. Jervey asked questions but didn’t listen to my answers. Did no other tests but the very very basics they did in the ER. Had a very bad attitude. Referred me to cardiologist-his office was supposed to make the appointment for me. Never happened. Sickened that I had to pay $50.

Dr. Jervey has been my neurologist since 2011 treating and monitoring me for Multiple Sclerosis. Fortunately, my course has been stable with no episodes. Dr. Jervey is kind and patient. I have confidence in his advice and follow his recommendations. I plan to bring my wife over to his practice for treatment and monitoring of her serious TBI. Doesn't that say it all!

To start off, the receptionist that checked me in was rude telling me I didn't arrive for my appointment at a reasonable time. (I was 15 mins early rather than 30 mins.) When I did get back in the room, the doctor was late. When he did arrive, I would say he was cold, his demeanor wasn't friendly or warm. Prescribed me a prescription I'd already had that didn't work before or now. Nurse at the front desk forgot to get my copay so I had to go back. I only liked the nurse who rescheduled me.

Drove almost 2 hours to see Dr. Jervey to find out that he was out of the office for the whole week. The office said they had called to reschedule, but they did not. There were 2-3 other people in the waiting room with the same problem. How unprofessional! Would never recommend.

I accompanied a friend and was not impressed with Dr.Jervey. I do not feel he was thorough in his evaluation of the patient. At most he spent 10 minutes with his patient after we had waited for well over an hour. Further he came across as indifferent and unconcerned. Neurological issues are no small thing to the patient who is suffering.

Don't go here. His staff (especially his rude nurse Devita) are unprofessional and do not care about the patients needs or concerns. NEVER RETURNING!!!

Be prepared to be ignored and tossed around in this practice. I'm still having terrible headaches for which the VA has offered me care. Don't expect to resolve your medical problems with this practice. The front reception is rude and very unhelpful. All I can say is GOOD LUCK if you must see this Doctor!
