I have never had an issue with this doctor. We meet every three months via Skype for about 15 minutes or so. If I need to talk he listens, otherwise it is a check in as I am currently happy with my meds and have been for years

Amazing!!! Adore Dr. Kaegi. He is receptive, understanding, easy to contact, and excellent with communication. His staff and team is very friendly and prompt. Can't recommend him enough. He's a very talented and intelligent Doctor. Super grateful to have such a wonderful wellness practitioner in my life. Dr. Kaegi has increased the peace in my life, and ensured my health. For that, I cannot thank you enough. Tip: Be clear and upfront about your health concerns, as this doctor is amazing. I would recommend him to anyone seeking a balance and focus in life. Thank you so much, Doctor. Highly recommended.

I saw him maybe 4 times and each time he asked, "Have I seen you before?" Honestly, if this is the way he treats his patients he should probably think of retiring. I've never seen a more unprofessional person.

My boyfriend has bipolar disorder and needed his meds. SO this was the second visit. During the first visit, he felt no connection to the therapist whatsoever. We tried looking for different therapists but they were all booked for the next three months. So for the meds refill, we decided to book another appointment. However, 1. he let someone else in during my boyfriend's appointment because "people with bipolar are never on time". My boyfriend had traveled for 1.5 hours and was there 15 minutes early. 2. As the appointment started, my boyfriend told him that we are trying to find another therapist and probably one who is closer to our place. He abruptly cut short the appointment quoting 'he does not want two cooks in the kitchen'. And he threw him out and refused to prescribe him the meds. When asked, he said "try calling the other therapists you're looking at". So now my boyfriend won't have his meds for the next three months. This has taken a huge emotional toll on him.

Absolutely appalling!!! I would never recommend him, I was honestly treated like a number and even then he refused to look at me and just seemed to be after my money. I was also not made aware that he would refuse to sign off on my disability until after I made the appt which you can not cancel. NEVER AGAIN!

Difficulty communicating with him. I feel as if he has a hearing aid problem. Very annoying questions.

Dr. Kaegi might of been a great doctor in the past but no longer puts his patients. During our recent check-in (which I was proactive about scheduling because I wanted to remove one of the drugs I was currently on due to me doing better than I ever had for years due to an alternative solution. Not only did he forget that he was the one to prescribe the drug he had put me on last year but he also told me I was bipolar, which he never ever communicated to me. NEVER EVER GOING BACK TO HIM.
