Rude and Dismissive
Saw him at urgent care in Washington for my daughter. She couldn't swallow without pain and he said 'well it's not strep'. It wasn't until I started questioning the care she was getting did we suddenly get offered a steroid and some pain meds. Ridiculous.

RUDE
What stood out at my visit was I was told by Mr.Keefe himself “I’m not playing little games” over a pulled muscle in my back. He was SUPER rude about it. I asked how long I should take off work to prevent further damage, NONE. Haha. Last time they gave me 4 days to recoup from it. Which I greatly appreciated but Mr.Keefe is not much of a sympathetic person. And if I furthermore damage my back at work I will be suing because of Mr.Keefe not giving me time to recoup. STAY AWAY FROM HIM, he’s also at Mercy Washington Mo urgent care
