Excellent orthopedic surgeon
Dr. Lieder is not only a fantastic orthopedic surgeon but he is also patient, kind and truly wants the best outcome for his patients. I shattered my elbow in an accident and from my first appt with him to review x-rays and discuss the surgery, I was nothing but impressed. His nurse, Sam, goes above and beyond to answer any follow up questions and is equally as kind as she is knowledgeable. Following the surgery, Dr. Lieder and Sam were always responsive to my messages and provided answers within the same business day. And for every consultation I have had with him, he has been on time which can't be said about most surgeons. I really hit the jackpot with Dr. Lieder and Sam, and within two months of the surgery, I had full mobility back in my elbow and arm. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an outstanding orthopedic surgeon.

Waitied over an 1.5 in a room to only then be greeted by an arrogant and condescending Dr. Charles Lieder. The way he talked to me in front of my 10 year old, who was the patient, was absolutely embarrasing. My son made note of it as soon as the doctor left the room. I work with physcians for a living as I am a travel RDMS/RVT and in my 9 years of work this is the second time I have ever come across a doctor that belittled me the way Dr. Charles Lieder did. I will definitely not be coming back to Ortho Access and I hope to never cross paths with this man again.

Dr. Lieder is extremely gentle, polite, kind, caring, loving, has a sense of humor, explains things well and I have mixed feelings towards the day I have to leave his care. I will be happy because he will have done his job, and sad to leave such a wonderful doctor.
