I was supposed to have a surgery with Dr. Lorentz. I tried to contact the doctor for a week. One day before my surgery. I got a called from the doctor. He was very condescending with his words and will not listen to what I had to say but rather tried to talk over me. Dr. Lorentz will not allow me to speak. He did not care enough to listen to his patient. He told me the time I was requested for recovery would consider to be fraudulent and he could not justify the time off. I could not believe the doctor was talking to his patient (Me) that way. He told me he couldn't guarantee me that my surgery was going to be 100% okay. I have never seen anything like that before. I thought I was dreaming when Dr. Lorentz was speaking with me. I have seen people who do not care about other, but I did not expect that from a Doctor but would have. Never thought that it would be coming from a doctor. I had to call my surgery off.
