Dr. Charles McCord, MD

I was very impressed with Dr. McCord's resume. The purpose of my visit to see Dr. McCord was to begin ERT again. I had been on ERT for years, but when I turned 65, my insurance no longer covered my visits. As a result, I stopped. I then began to have debilitating hot flashes. When I heard about Dr. McCord, I learned that he accepts Medicare patients, and found that my cost was manageable. When I read his resume, I book an appointment immediately. The staff is friendly and able to address any questions I may have. I would recommend him to anyone.

This is one of THE worst doctors I have ever been to. They up charge services and have a very difficult time “remembering” to send a new bill to insurance.

Dr. McCord and his staff are absolutely amazing! I have been going to him for eleven years now and all three babies were taken care of with no problems. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

The midwife is rude as hell. Just has a nasty attitude for no reason. The actual receptionist are nice though. I was going here but decided to switch to another OBGYN so I could deliver at another hospital. Dr McCord swore I had some spinal disease called SMA that I could possibly give to my baby so I was referred to a specialist to monitor if the baby would be okay. I already have a 2 year old and gave birth to him find so if I did have this “disease” then I’m sure I would’ve been familiar with

They do not care at all about you. They do not listen to your concerns. They do not answer questions or even call you back. Office staff is rude.they seem to have the attitude that you should just live with the issues you have and do not want to take the time to find out what the problems are. I had to beg the midwife to do blood work and they never called me with the results. I had to repeatedly call them, just to be told everything was normal. They were wrong.

I went to this doctor for my second child. He is the worst doctor I have ever had.

The worst pregnancy experience I've ever had with a doctor. Consistently waiting 2+ hours each visit, disrespectful to me and my family, dirty office, wouldn't communicate what concerns he had (but sent me needlessly to high risk doctor 3 times), all but forced me to have a c section despite my want for natural birth (supposedly I was high risk) only to find out delivery day didn't need it (too late then) and saddled with $5k bill as result (which he never even earned me about)....Avoid him.

I have been a patient of Dr. McCord since 2009. It was a great experience. 2016 I had the worse experience ever. I waited in the waiting room for an hour. The check out girl called me a liar, said I didn't sign in, that is why I wasn't called. Only to find out otherwise. Then I received no apology from her. After waiting for an hour. I was told I had to come back, because I couldn't be seen until after Jan 14. I can never go back after being treated like a number. Hired help is awful.
