I can't say enough about Dr. Mitchell and his staff! They make an uncomfortable situation as comfortable as possible. I never had to wait longer than 10 minutes. Facility was clean. Nurses were all great. Dr. Mitchell was thorough in explaining all options and procedures. I would have given 5 stars, however there was only one issue I had regarding my insurance on the first visit. There is one front desk person, who I think fills in, who won't take the time to check your insurance if it is out of state and says you have to pay up front a large range amount. I saw it happen to another patient who had to reschedule because he wouldn't be able to afford such a price. I've never seen a medical provider not contact insurance to see what would be covered. It was a turn off to say the least. Misty up front is wonderful!
