Does not allow for any flexibility with their procedures even when dealing with kids and their special needs. Office staff is unfriendly and unaccommodating. Wait times are excessive.

office visit felt like an assembly line with barely any time for the patient. Dr. Morgan did not take his time to listen to my concerns, neither did he explain anything. My questions did not get answered and while I was waiting in the office for 1,5 hours - we saw the doctor for 3 minutes. I am not going back.

I don't write reviews often, but felt parents needed to be aware of our terrible experience. We pressed Dr. Morgan to order an MRI for our son's potentially serious eye condition. After the MRI, his demeanor completely changed. He became extremely rude and answered questions with responses such as, "maybe" and "his eye may never get better." Professional Dr.s don't let emotions get in the way of treating a patient nor do they ever make a parent feel guilty when advocating for their child.

Have been to several ophthalmologists in NYC and NJ as eye problems run in my family. Dr. Charles Morgan is exceptional. His is skillful, knowledgeable, as well as, caring and kind. He is my son's favorite doctor. We are so grateful to have found him.

Very disappointed with receptionist staff. Signed in at 9:15am and didn't get called to confirm insurance, write co-pay, etc for 35 mins. Then waited another 20 mins before initial eye exam screenings were started. No TV on for kids. Office clean neat and tidy because it lacks kid-friendly artwork and things to do. The wait is painstaking for moms with kids.

My experience with this office has not been a favorable one. Wait times are completely ridiculous, scheduling appointments is a nightmare, the appointment never lasted more than a few minutes, trying to get him to explain anything was like pulling teeth, and the staff working behind the desk are almost unbearably rude. I finally switched doctors after they cancelled my appointment that I had made 3 months prior and couldn't fit me in for another 3 months! Best decision I ever made.

Not Happy in Morristown, NJ – Dec 06, 2016

My child was a patient of Dr. Chen and Morgan's for several years. The office is rude and disorganized. For example, Advocare recently sent me to collections for a $100 bill that they were sending to the wrong address. They did not contact me to resolve the issue (I pay all my bills on time). I was already dissatisfied with the office, but this just clarified how little they care.
