He was my 90 year old mother's attending and was very kind and understanding of the difficulty we had in making a decision of whether to attempt treatment for the immune disease that is destroying her kidneys. We need more physicians that are willing to discuss end of life with patients and tell the truth about how treatments will affect quality of life.

I had him as my attending physician at Banner thunderbird hospital 2/21/18. I was in the hospital 1 1/2 weeks. During that time I was diagnosed with osteomyelitis of my already amputated leg. During that time he was hesitant to prescribe me pain meds. that helped reduce my pain below 8/10 ..Last 2 days as awaiting for discharge he had me on only pill form of medicine that didn't even touch my pain. This was reported multiple times to my nurses. I even developed small vessel blood clot in arm
