Dr. Phillips is by far the best family practice doctor I have ever seen. So much, I recommend him to friends looking for a new PCM. Dr. Phillips cares about his patients, takes the time to listen, recommend and tells you to call back if there are any further issues. I always feel valued and heard.

Dr. Phillips listens and takes time with his patients. I recently moved to the area and needed to find a good family physician. Dr. Phillips took time to know me and my health history. It meant a lot to me that he took his time.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Phillips for many years and can honestly say that he cares and is truly competent. If your concern is outside his area of treatment he schedule appropriate treatment with a specialist who is also excellent. After yearly physicals, he personally calls with the results and any recommendations. Any negative comments, are one sided at best. He asked if you had to wait and works hard to make sure that you are treated well by his staff.

Dr. Phillips is a caring and thorough physician. He listens and advises in a very warm and comforting manner. He is very knowledgeable, patient, kind and never makes me feel as he is too busy to answer all of my questions. I have the utmost confidence in the quality and high level of care that Dr. Phillips provides, and I am certain he does so with all of his patients, who are lucky to have him oversee our medical care.

Dr. Phillips is a joke. He cares very little if you are in pain or not and does not listen to your requests. I went in with back pain so bad that i could hardly walk; he proceeds to tell me to go get an X-ray and he may know something in a few days. When he(his receptionist) does call ,2 days later, she tells me I have arthritis and if i want to he may be able to recommend me to physical therapy, and then refused my request for a referral to see a back specialist for a second opinion.

He dosent remember who you are, and if you don't have medical insurance he spends minimal time with you and provides minimal service. His ethical standards are questionable and I don't recommend him to anyone.
