Dr Plummer is kind and takes the time to listen to you and answer ANY questions you may have. If you admit to smoking (cigs) be prepared for a long lecture. I never felt he was judgemental, just honest & cared. I wish he was closer to Farmville, NC as he is an excellent Dr, although I wouldn't see him as long as he is associated with HEAG PM. 18 pages EACH follow up visit & no one reads them or returns calls if you have a problem. You have to wait til next office visit so they can charge co-pay

Dr. Plummer and his nurse Robin were fine, but we had to wait 8 hours... EIGHT!!!!! I was doing tests and with the doctor for only an hour and a half. The rest was waiting and waiting and waiting. Another patient told me that this is typical. I'm in a wheelchair and sitting in it that long is difficult for me. I should have driven to Raleigh for a different provider. The lady at the front desk was rude and condescending. I still have to go back for 1 more visit. Heaven help me.
