He has no bedside manner. Results are botched and he took no accountability. I ended up in the hospital for a week with a serious infection. My experience was so bad, I was left traumatized for years.

Horrible bedside manner. Worst results, with no accountability.

Had lipo done in arms and legs. all four areas are uneven and shameful. I wish I never had lipo. I walk around embarrassed.

I recently (09/16/2021) got a breast augmentation after nursing 3 big baby boys! I got 450cc silicone implants under the muscle using the nipple incision! Honestly I am super happy with my results! I know it's still super early but the results are already impeccable! Janira was amazing when it came to my consultation and my appts following up to my surgery. The day of my surgery I wasn't nervous at all because the Anesthesiologist and nurse on duty made me feel super comfortable. I laid down on the table and woke up 45 mins later with my new girls! Dr.Sarosy ensured me that the surgery would be quick and easy and it definitely was! Definitely would recommend to my friends and family!

Dr Powell and his staff are amazing. They made me feel comfortable and at ease every step of the way. He did an amazing job, I love my results!

Wow!!!! I finally have the body I wanted and I deserved!!! After having 3 sons, I worked hard to lose the baby weight. I breast fed each boy for at least a year and the boobs just fell differently. Nothing I did, diet or exercise made my stomach look nice. It was just saggy and with the ab separation it always looked like I was 4 months pregnant. it was devastating when strangers asked when I was due. Dr.Saraosy gave me a mommy makeover and finally my body looks nice. No one ever ask when I'm due now. I complimented all the time how flat it looks. My boobs are phenomenal. Husband is a huge fan. Dr. Sarosy and his team of gals are absolutely amazing. If you want someone to pamper you and tell you that they will make you perfect, this is the wrong place for you and you need to change your head space before doing any body remodeling. They are realistic and honest with you and explain how improvement is key. Not everyone has the same body type or muscle placement, so results vary. They provide astonishing results. You will not be disappointed. I must admit, at this time I am still healing from the 3rd and final procedure of my mommy makeover. I had a couple hiccups. Dr. Sarosy is a busy man. Like nip tuck busy! Despite that, I have been well tended to and cared for by everyone in that office. Things happen. People heal differently. So if you have way over the top expectations, you will be disappointed. Go with the flow. And rest assured that no matter what, you will be taken care of, and you will look and feel great. The healing process is the hard part.

He’s not a board certified plastic surgeon. Has multiple law suits in history of medical board complaints . This Dr had a depression about a neck procedure he had by a partner. As a result of all the odd things including my consultation with an MA not the physician, I had to have a partial mastectomy and breast reconstruction. This all happened just before my wedding. Anyway he is not board certified in plastic surgery folks just general surgery. Call the medical board.

Dr. Sarosy's and his cosmetic surgery clinic, SD Body Contouring, were negligent in their duty to oversee the nurses who perform laser hair removal, and as a result, my arms were badly burned and are now scarred. A dermatologist/laser specialist later confirmed that the laser used on my skin at SD Body Contouring should have never been used on a patient of my complexion. Dr. Sarosy and his staff clearly do not have basic knowledge of lasers and their patients are at high risk for skin damage.

Dr. Sarosy is THE BEST IN SD HANDS DOWN!!! After countless consultations and disappointment I saw Dr Sarosy and his team for my breast augmentation. I’m 4 weeks post op and seriously could not be happier. He’s knowledgeable and straight to the point. I will be back for other procedures and will recommend him a million times!! Ask for janera! She’s very knowledgeable as well :) she’s one of the staff that does consulting with Dr Sarosy.

Had my breast augmentation a month ago with Dr Sarosy. He did a great job. To beging my first consult with Sarah was very helpfull, she explained everything about the procedure, and helped me choose the right size according to my body, she also replayed to my emails after that very quick. The precedure itself was ok, it didnt took too long, actually it was very quick, no more than 3 hours or less probably. He is very professional, so are the staff, and the price not as expensive as other places
