Office staff was un-knowledgeable. They couldn't tell me about insurance rates or cash rates. They charged me $400 for an office visit and when insurance processed the claim, i only owed $118! It is now almost 2 months after my visit and I still have not received the refund! Took over a month for labs! AND- when i called to get my lab results the "PA" who also poses as the office manger, according to him, to me he could not release my lab results over the phone- i would need to come back in.
