YOU WILL NEVER FIND A DOCTOR LIKE DR.CHARLES SMTH..I HAVE BEEN A PATIENT OF HIS FOR AROUND 10 YEARS..I HAVE NOTHING BUT GREAT THINGS TO SAY ABOUT DR.SMITH AND HIS PRACTCE. HE HAS A GREAT AND COURTEOUS STAFF THAT ARE MORE THAN WILLING TO HELP YOU WITH CIRCUMSTANCES AS THEY ARISE. THEY ( DR. SMITH AND STAFF)WILL RETURN CALLS OR EMAILS AS WELL AS ANY OTHER COMMUNICATIONS YOU MAY USE TO CONTACT THE OFFICE. THEY WILL GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO ACCOMMODATE YOU IF YOU NEED TO SEE HIM BETWEEN SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS. Dr. Smith has been my physician for about 13-15 years. He is very smart, conservative, but very thorough. He has made decisions in my healthcare that literally saved my life. He always listens and I feel safe in his care. I feel that I am not just a number not only to him but the rest of the staff in the office. They know me by sight and could probably recite my health history and meds without looking at my records. I am always promptly seen and communication is never an issue.

Dr. Smith is always courteous, attentive, listens well, never criticizes or scolds, as some doctors do and has excellent diagnostic skills, in my opinion. Thorough in his treatment, too. i have non hesitation in highly recommending him

Dr Smith is a great listener. He never makes you feel like he is rushed. Waiting room finally got the much needed renovation. Hopefully the exam rooms are next. They are dated and dreary...A small price to pay when you get good care. I trust his intelligence and he has a nice and calm personality.
