Excellent care both by staff and by doctor

Professional in all areas

I have been seeing Dr. Synder for about 4yrs. He is thorough and an excellent urologist. You can always expect the best care, and doing your visit he always ask if there is any questions about your treatments. His staff is very professional and friendly. It's not just a job. Everyone makes you feel that they care about you and value you as a person. I am not one who loves going to the docter, but since I 've been seeing Dr.Synder I have a great respect for people in the medical field. I wish there were more peole like him and his staff in the medical field.

Visit was for my annual checkup. They are very prompt and always get in by my scheduled time. Dr. Snyder is very thorough and always takes the time to answer all your questions and any concerns you might have.

Good visit fast and efficient

Terrible experience with Dr. Snyder. As a doctor he can not even insert a stint properly. After the procedure we went to his office to get the stint removed and he could not even find it. He told us we would have to go back to surgery to get it removed. His PA told us that this would be an extension of the first procedure and no additional charges would occur. Wrong, we had to fully pay again for the procedure that should have been removed in his office if properly done. He would not even talk to us to discuss this and we got the impression from him and an employee of Urology Associates it was not their problem.

I highly recommend Dr. Snider. He and his staff are very kind.

Altho i am a patient of Dr. C Snyder, i can t get thru on the phone to make an appt. I ve called 405 604 6000 a few times. after a min. or two, the phone at your end, just hangs up, ( after voice says it is the right no. etc.) i m at : 405 487 0234; i would like an appt. please. THe symptom is that it hurts when I urinate etc. thank you for getting in touch with me. Christopher or Kit GIVAN

Dr. Snyder is an excellent, caring doctor. I was suffering with a kidney stone and he saw me right away. Then, a day before he was to do my lithotripsy, I came down with a UTI, and he saw me in his office immediately. The lithotripsy procedure was a piece of cake. I highly recommend Dr. Snyder!
