Dr. Charles Stevens, MD

I just had an appointment with him and got my scrip sent to the pharmacy, but they knew that it could not be filled because of a problem with the internet and the only way to get it filled is by using a hard copy that they do not have because it was too expensive and they would never have trouble with the internet out here so why have a couple on hand. My biggest problem is that no one told me until I had called serval times to both my pharmacy and the Dr office what the problem was. And now I just get to wait until it gets fixed. Office help is not great at being polite or helpful. really thinking about going back to my other DR. And if I said anything I do not think they would care, their attuited is whatever.

I had been suffering from my lower back Dr Stevenson had been helping me to relieve the pain also the help of his staff is great frank is a understandable Physician Assistant that also knows about the pain and does always the best for my wellbeing thank you so much , everyone there is really awesome thx Dr Stevenson

I attended an appt. with Arturo Garcia, P.A. and inquired about the use of analgesic opioids for my aching muscles and what I think is osteoarthritis. P.A. Garcia then entered the room with a DEA printout of the FOUR prescriptions that I had for opioids over the last year, two of which were for after delicate surgery, and was told that the DEA is looking at me and that I am doctor shopping. Arturo Garcia attempts to intimidate his patients with data that he uses to his advantage and to dissuade patients from seeking tx. that they believe can help them.

Dr Steven has been my pain doctor for the past 3 years now. I have had two back surgeries ; microdiscectomy and anterior lumbar interbody fusion (ALIF) LI, L2, thru S1 disk. I have gotten back epidural shots and pain medication to with-stand pain on my back.
