Dr.Charlotte Thompson is top notch! She spent as much time as I needed to understand what was going on with my eyes. She’s very personable, easy to talk to and is very professional as well. The entire office visit gets a 10/10 from me. I was greeted and treated with respect and kindness from the time I walk through the door.

Dr. Thompson was unprofessional, rude ,and uncaring. She misdiagnosed my son because she was impatient and would not listen to our concerns. She was very condescending and implied that my child (who is a grade ahead) might not be able to read that his vision problems were in his head even though he has be wearing glasses since elementary school.

I have been Dr. Thompson’s patient for over 10 years and have always found her to be very professional and thorough. I have always left her office feeling that any of my eye problems have been resolved satisfactorily. I would & have recommended making an appointment with Dr. Thompson.

Dr. Thompson is thorough and professional in my experiences over 8 months and multiple appointments as her patient. I trust her medical judgement and appreciate her directness. However, I think her office is short staffed which erodes the quality of care and patient experience. Her appointment scheduler / receptionist is personable and responsive which makes her standout in an office that is seemingly dysfunctional. Leveraging IT to streamline and automate backoffice and customer relations would help.

Misdiagnosed me, and showed no interest in treating me anyway. I got a second opinion and they were shocked at her diagnosis.

I have been seeing Dr Charlotte Thompson for almost 6 years. She is incredibly knowledgeable and caring. Most Opthalmologists have no idea about my serious eye issue. Dr Thompson has treated me and kept me informed of every new treatment. I truly trust her!!!

One of the most unprofessional doctors I have ever had the displeasure of coming in contact with. She only cares about filling her wallet, not her patients. Sad that she is still practicing, or better yet has patients to practice on.

My four year son is terrified to have drops in his eyes. We have done everything to assure him that it will be ok and he is a big boy and can do this. We have be. She was very impatient and didn’t show any concern to a scared kid who was under her care. The experience with her today was very distasteful and I will never subject my child to someone who would so impatient with him ever again. I am beyond livid with her actions today and this review of her practice will not just stop here.

Dr. Charlotte Thompson provided excellent care for my mother during one of the most critical times of her life, loss of eyesight. She helped restore some of her eyesight, which has proven to be a great benefit to her overall health and life. Dr. Thompson did this with great expertise, patience, and kindness. We highly recommend her and her staff. We are so glad that she is in our lives and look forward to this continued relationship. Thank you, Dr. Thompson, and staff. You're the best!

I have been going to Dr. Thompson off and on for years. Every time I've gone their the staff is always nice. She is very expensive and really doesn't care about patients. I've never seen a person of color work their until recently. If you are a person who who is unable to pay her fully she really shows no compassion. She will hold your meds until she gets her money. I understand she has to make a living but when you can't pay, she really doesn't care. She is a very cold person.

Fiancé had appointment there. She informed him that his nerves were dead in the eyes and did the other tests. That was okay. What was not okay that when he applied to the commission to the blind, he had to get another appointment which he agreed but did the exact same tests even when he asked her not to because he didn't have he money for it and previous tests was a month ago. Since then, other doctors, commission for the blind, etc been trying to contact her, complete ignorance.

I had surgery in Nov. 2016 and am thrilled with my results. Her staff was prompt and friendly during my pre and post - op visits. I found Dr. Thompson to be friendly and professional. She answered all my questions and clearly explained the operation and my care following surgery. I would recommend her without reservation.
