Awesome
This doctor is beyond awesome. She takes time with you and is very welcoming. She knows her stuff. She has resolved very debilitating issues a few times for me. You just can’t beat this doctor.

Terrible office experience. Arrogant office staff
I arrived at 3PM for my 3PM appointment & was told that as a new patient I should have been there at 2:30. I responded that if I needed to be here at 2:30 I should have been told that ahead of time. The clerk insisted that I was told that when I made my appointment, which I was not. I was told quite arrogantly that the doctor will see me, but I'd have to wait until 4PM or make another appointment & come back. I'd already traveled a half hour to this appointment so I decided I'd wait, hoping that this was an idle threat. I was given a stack of paperwork to complete, which included a space for my Social Security number, which I left blank. At about 3:50 I was called back up to registration window & asked for my Social Security number, which I declined to give, having already had my Social Security number discovered on the dark web. I asked why they need my Social Security number, since I've never given to a medical office before. I was told they needed to verify my identity. I'd already

She's one of the best!
Dr Pham quickly and more precisely resolved a medical condition that I was having with my vocal cords that another ENT could not figure out at all. She is a very bright, compassionate and effective doctor. Her office atmosphere is very friendly and cooperatively works together very well. I am so glad that my Primary Doctor referred me to Dr Pham. She and her staff are totally awesome!

Amazing ENT doctor!!
Dr. Pham has taken such good care of my son. I was worried he might have hearing loss affecting his speech delay but she was able to examine his ears, obtain an audiogram and give us the reassurance we needed. We have been to her several times for ear infections and follow up testing and have been impressed each time. She took the time to explain everything so well, she was so pleasant and we all left the office feeling good about the time we spent there. You can’t go wrong with her!

very poor
I was trying to make appointment to se Dr Pham, but had to change the doctor before I actually made appointment. The receptionist was so rude and unhelpful and unknowledgeable, that after couple of days to try to make appointment I gave up and found another doctor.

Dr Pham is amazing
Had my initial appt with Dr Pham and she listened to all my concerns and she explained everything in detail. She was so personable and friendly, probably one of the best Dr office experiences I've had, even the nurse and just whole staff were great. Would highly recommend.

The BEST
Dr. Pham is the best Doctor I have ever been to.....of any kind. If I could have her as my Primary Care Physician, I would. She always takes the time to explain EVERYTHING and more importantly always takes the time to let the patient ask questions and never treats any of those questions as "stupid" or a waste of her time. She is compassionate and educational at the same time. Her bedside manner is impeccable and comes from a real place of caring, while not beating around the bush when it comes to giving you all the information you need to make an educated decision about your own health care. She is REMARKABLE!

I had two visits, the first was the Videonystagmorgraphy (VNG) test and the second was Dr. Pham giving me the results. In the days before the VNG, I had several calls from her staff, including VNG doctor, Cathy Newman. My meds were discussed in detail, and I was asked to stop taking two of them. Due to my medical condition, stopping the meds cold was not an option. On the day of the test, I was asked if I had stopped taking them. I had not. When I tried to explain why, I was told to be quiet. I was shocked. I asked if she was telling me to shut up. Dr. Newman said, "I'm a doctor, so I'm authorized to tell you that." I told her telling anyone to shut up was rude. Dr. Pham said the results were normal and no treatment was needed. She handed me a copy of the report and abruptly ushered me out the door. The report states "Abnormal test results." It also says the two meds made the results invalid. If they knew that before the test, why was the test even given? This practice not recommended

She is thorough, attentive, extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, kind and delightful!! She listens attentively, asks follow up questions, explains everything before and during in-office procedures. If every physician was like her, there would never be a problem in the health care field. I am blessed to have her as my ENT.

Got a piece of my hearing aid stuck in my ear. ER personnel couldn't get it out and actually scratched my ear canal. Lot of pain and some blood! Went to Dr. Pham the next morning. She got it out literally in 5 seconds! She is a delight to talk to. Very reassuring and funny. Just very down to earth. I am very happy I found her and she is my Ear, Nose and Throat doctor for life!!!

She was patient and attentive. Highly recommend her . After four visits to clinics and one to the ER, she immediately diagnosed and solved my problem. Build up of wax and ear drops laying on my ear drum.

Dr. Pham is the epitome of what every doctor should be. She is compassionate, knowledgeable, and explains everything she is doing in detail. In my view, Dr. Pham has raised the bar for the entire health care industry. I enjoyed a truly wonderful office visit and have already recommended Dr. Pham to my spouse.
