Dr Pearson is kind, smart, and humane. She is such an exceptional practitioner that I question anyone who has given her less than 5 stars. Perhaps they struggle with a woman physician due to their own sexism? In any case, I’m relatively healthy but have some mental health issues that make seeing a doctor difficult. Dr Pearson is the first person who’s truly put me at ease. I would also say, as a fat woman, it’s very hard to find caring and respectful doctors, but Dr Pearson is absolutely up to date on obesity care. She views obesity as a complicated disease, NOT a personal failing. Once, I was crying in her office because I hadn’t lost as many pounds as I’d wanted to the previous month, and she reassured me so kindly, and with such extensive knowledge, I felt better. I feel such affection for her that it actually hurts me to read any negative reviews. She’s a good one, and she’s doing amazing work.

I recommend Dr. Pearson to everyone I know. She is gentle and compassionate, respectful, and listens well. I have multiple chronic health issues and I appreciate her willingness to meet me where I am. I moved out of state and I’m honestly sad I don’t get to see her anymore. She’s great!

I absolutely love Dr. Pearson. I had some not so great experiences trying to find a good Primary Care when I first moved to St. Louis, so I was SO relieved to finally find one. Dr. Pearson really takes her time with me each time I visit. I never feel like I'm being rushed out the door or like she doesn't care (and I'm usually one of the last appointments of the day). Dr. Pearson makes me feel very comfortable and it feels like she truly cares every time I come to her with a concern. She's also super nice and personable and doesn't make me dread doctor's visits like I normally would.

Just okay - not great. I have been seeing her for a while and she has responded okay during most visits. I am hesitant trusting her judgement. I had a problem with medication, called the office and told her gal my problem asking for the doctor return my call. Instead, her gal returned my call with a message from the doctor. "If it isn't working for you, you can stop it". Well, I did stop it, but still had the symptoms that the initial med was given for. I question Dr. Pearson's judgement in having her gal return my call, plus not following up with me on the initial symptom.

My first meeting with her was set up by Dr. Marina Litvin and NIKKI her assistant. I go to my first visit and her reply to me once entering the room was why are you here. I told her I needed a primary doctor. I went on to update her on my diabetes type 2 condition and my final treatments for cancer. She then replied. In the meaningless way th0at she was aware of my health problems but why was I there that day. Keep in mind it was my first visit, I had to keep the appointment

I tried to become a new patient of Dr. Pearson's after my doctor from the same practice moved to California. I am dealing with cancer and they have all of my records. Dr. Pearson's secretary, Jennifer, was VERY RUDE and DISRESPECTUL to me. She had an attitude with me when I asked simple questions. I can't say anything about Dr. Pearson, but her secretary should be kind and respectful when dealing with patients and not treat them like second class citizens.
