I initiated service with Dr. Viola in August 2020 for an evaluation and prescription for custom orthotics. I was "cast' on October 1 2020 and to this day have not been provided with a pair of custom orthotics. Dr. Viola utilizes a 3-D scan to "cast" the orthotic and clearly was not experienced in utilizing this technology. It took weeks to get the orthotics back and they did not fit correctly. The 2nd fitting revealed a metatarsal pad was missing in the orthotic. Again, I had to wait weeks. I received the orthotics in the mail and they were three times the size they should have been. Office staff attempted to cut them down to size but the heel, sized proportionately to the overall orthotic, did not fit in my shoe. As of 9 months later, I do not have custom orthotics which were paid for in full. Dr. Viola promised to contact the lab to have them corrected but has not followed through. She never once examined the fit nor reviewed the orthotics relevant to the specs of the scan.

I had such a positive experience with Dr. Viola. She was thorough, educational, and very kind! She was able to fix a problem I’ve been dealing with for months in a matter of minutes. I would recommend her to anyone in need of a podiatrist.

Dr. Viola diagnosed a problem another doctor misdiagnosed months ago. She was very clear in explaining what was going on and how we need to fix it. (Torn plantar plate). She answered questions and made me feel comfortable and confident in her expertise.

When I visited the clinic at FFLC in July this year, I was already limping due to a nerve disorder and even though I had consulted few podiatrists, it wasn't helping me at all. I chanced upon Dr. Viola's center after being recommended. Through the initial consultation, I was told that Bunionectomy is required as I was about to develop another Bunion apart from the existing. It was a short treatment - no cuts and no marks. After so much time I'm able to live a pain free life!

Dr. Viola has a wonderful "bedside" manner. She spends time explaining and giving encouraging advice! She successfully, treated my painful Mortin's Neuroma, Minor Fracture, and Metartarsalgia. When treatment was completed she gave me comfortable gel pads for the balls of my feet and arches to ensure future pain free comfort when walking! Her nurse was just as kind and helpful. I highly recommend her!!

I took a very nasty fall from approximately 7-8 feet. I dislocated my talus and broke a bone in my foot. Although Dr. Viola did not reduce the dislocation she did take care of my injury/recovery for 8 weeks. Her knowledge and care and her office staff went above and beyond to make sure every care was taken for my complete recovery. 8 weeks post injury I was in a walking boot and 10 weeks post surgery I was in a shoe after 2 weeks of PT. I would recommend this practice for everyone.

Wonderful practice in Estero, FL – Jul 17, 2018

While most podiatrists in Florida had to say the same thing about my knee problem. It was Dr. Viola who had a different take on that. I was afraid that the pain won't go away and lead to more future problems, but Dr. Viola took great care of me and provided the best treatment. I am now undergoing medication and visit FFLC's Estero clinic twice a year for follow-up.

A chronic leg pain was a constant part of my life. I was getting annoyed as no matter how much care or visits to the number of podiatrists in my area helped. It was my first consultation with Dr. Viola and since then I have been visiting her, each time much better than the last. One thing I am quite sure about is her understanding about my condition and the way she supports me. in this journey to get pain relief. Sometimes I even call her to talk about my health to which she listens patiently.
