Dr. Chelsea Willis, DO

If your workking stiff and taking time off from work, take whole day off. Your going to be waiting minimum 3 hours. She is thorough but lot of it is unnecessary. I dont care how you came to the diagnosis. You dont have to show me your work. When she fiannly does come through with diagnosis and prescribes meds, your waiting two or three days to have it called in. Forget about referrals... if she wasnt already leaving Tricounty, we would be leaving. Wish her well and good luck to her next set of paitents.

I recommend everyone I know to her. I’ve never had a doctor like her before. She truly listens to you and takes her time diagnosing your problem rather than rushing off because of time constraints. She’s wonderful and I highly recommend her. I have and will continue to follow her to wherever she is practicing.

Dr Willis was more interested in telling me what my retired doctor of 25 yrs didn't do well, like keeping accurate notes in my chart and how I didnt give specialists that I seen a chance to make things right after 2 years. Asking me meaningless questions like how old I thought she was and then telling me I didn't need to be defensive when I told her I didn't think her and I was a good patient/doctor match. Then after taking my blood work she confirmed my pharmacy location to send my new prescription because she knew I had to have the prescription to later find out she didnt call in my crucial prescription while removing me from the practice that I was a patient at for 25 years. A doctor who doesnt care about your health, but more concerned about her imagine of being a doctor, very superficial with no regard to others. After going above her head Tri County Management made it right by filling my prescription. I hope Tri County sees what I have in this doctor before it's to late.

Dr Willis is very relaxed & easy to talk to. Never felt rushed or hurried

Dr. Willis was great, appointment wasn’t rushed. Everything was fully explained. I would recommend her to anyone.

I went to see this Dr. for panic attacks. Mind you I had been diagnosed with PTSD, brought all my IOP documentation, *trigger SA* documentation. She told me I needed to talk about my past. I did not expect this and at the time did not advocate for a boundary. She told me xanax is a dirty drug, gave me zoloft and short term clonazpam, I told her I don’t care what anxiety med I’m on I just don’t like clonazpam bc I work in software/travel a lot to train folks, even the smallest dose latest too long. I told her I started having night sweats bc of the Zoloft she told me that’s not a common symptom (pretty sure thats false it is) and refused to lower my dose bc she said I was overweight and needed to be on 50mg. I am 5”5 150 I have an athletic build, I’ve never thought of myself as over weight, she also put it in my chart that I should see a nutritionist for weight gain…I’m a 267 yr old female that’s normal. All in all she’s not personable, she wasn’t helpful and made me uncomfortable.

I have been having horrible headaches for awhile and was unable to see my regular doctor so they had me see her instead.

Dr Willis was able to make time to see me when my doctor was unavailable. She was very knowledgeable, kind, and professional. If I should ever need to switch doctors I would choose Dr Willis without hesitation.

I think she is amazing. I feel she listens well and always gives detailed information for any questions I may have. I personally do not care for most dr's but I would certainly recommend her. She never rushes when giving advice and I feel I am top priority when in her office.

Dr willis won’t let me finish a sentence. She’s great if you need a textbook answer to something but I don’t know anyone who does. Her bedside manner and attitude leave a lot to be desired. I don’t think she likes elderly people. ——My opinion based on her disposition and attitude.

She assured me she cared but really didn’t. Couldn’t even call me back immediately when I had a reaction to Metformin and didn’t want to accommodate me for work! I called a new doctor and had no problems getting a work excuse
