Recent appointment as a new patient
I recently went to Tufts Medical OBGYN and saw Dr. Sun. I was able to make a new appointment as a new patient in less than one week which was phenomenal for me. The customer service on the phone was fantastic. Dr. Sun was extremely knowledgeable, made me feel very comfortable and safe my entire visit, and most importantly listened to any and all concerns that I had. Both Dr. Sun and the medical student (MS), Andrew, asked me more insightful questions then I have ever been asked by a OBGYN in the past. At first, I wasn’t comfortable having a MS present during during my exam, but he made me feel very comfortable so I allowed it. I hope that he goes into OBGYN! They truly wanted to hear my background, concerns, and reason for my visit. I am so beyond thankful and grateful that my voice was finally heard as a patient. I would highly recommend that any new patients who are trying to make an appointment with an OBGYN goes to Tufts Medical. Thank you Tufts and Dr. Sun for everything!!!

Please avoid at all costs she is horrible
She completely mismanaged my condition. She was extremely rude, careless, showed irritation, toxic attitude and zero knowledge. I have never seen worse doctor in my life. Please run run run away from this doctor, never allow her to manage anything important for you. She caused me horrible irreversible consequences for my health. Please pay attention to her 1 star review. I deeply regret not picking my doctor responsibly. Do not repeat my mistake.

Terrible
Rushed, medically made a mistake. Would not recommend it to any woman, especially when handling IUDs or other birth control methods. It was my first time with her and it was the worse experience I have ever had.
