Dr Case-Diaz is wonderful. Caring and very competent. However, the appointment wait times in her office are unacceptable - 30 minutes to an hour every time.

Moved from CT 3 years ago where had same physician for 25 years. Cheryl Case-Diaz was highly recommended. Found her extremely knowledgeable, listens and hears, diagnosis and recommendations have been spot on, very personable, always very reachable. Recommended her to my wife and she is now her physician as well. Also recommended her to others.

I came highly recommended by another patient of Dr. Case. I was very impressed as to how easy it was to park, the office location, the staff and cleanliness of the clinic. Dr. Case was thorough and her nurse which took my vitals was very attentive and writing down my medical history. Very satisfied with the care provided.

Dr. Case-Diaz is great very detail when explaining and caring, but the staff from in the Pembroke Pines are the worst I've ever seen as they do not seem to care much for the job or patients.

Dr. Cheryl Case-Diaz is an outstanding doctor. How ever, I will not be returning to her after having an unpleasant experience with Amy in the accounting department when inquiring about a bill I received. The explanation was not the same one I received from my medical insurance provider and was trying to make sure that there was no error. Rather than providing customer service she quickly became irritable and continued to speak to me in a nasty tone. Completely unprofessional.

Dr. Case-Diaz performs a very thorough physical including chest x-ray and blood work. She listens well to concerns and her answers are both thoughtful and insightful. She has a very good bedside manner.
