Your trust is our top concern.

We strive to keep reviews honest, trustworthy, and fair.

Doctors can not pay for good reviews, nor can they pay to have negative reviews removed.

We monitor all reviews to ensure they comply with our guidelines and don’t include personal information, profanity, libel, defamation, harassment, obscenity or fraud.

Any reviews that are deemed fraudulent or violate our guidelines will be removed immediately.

All reviews are confirmed and audited before publication, and community members have the ability to flag inappropriate content for further review by our team.

Cheryl Cook should stick to what she knows and practice internal medicine and dermatology. She should never be performing cosmetic procedures. She should listen more and actually hear what the client is saying.

Saw Dr. Cook for BBL. Was told I needed to pretreat with Retin A and Hydroquinone beforehand and Dr. Cook would send the prescriptions to my pharmacy. Prescriptions were not sent and now Dr. Cook's office says I need to make another medical appointment in order to have prescriptions written. Said it was a "misunderstanding" and if I didn't want to make a medical appointment I could stop by and buy their (marked-up) items. Basically, they want me to come spend more money before helping me. No way
