In and out in 5 minutes. With a melanoma history I was concerned about a unusual spot. Went to her office twice and both times was told to keep an eye on it. Went to another provider and had a biopsy. Melanoma...had already spread to nerves. Required two extensive surgeries and lymph node dissection. Seems she is more interested in quantity of patients seen rather than quality of care.

Horrible Office Staff
Honest review: the technicians themselves are great. The office staff is horrible. They are rude and have messed up my appointments so many times. I have officially switched aesthetic practices because of the mismanagement of the office staff. In my time as a patient with Hull they have scheduled me for the incorrect treatments (which I found out mid treatment), scheduled the wrong dates and called me 30 min before my appointment to cancel because the material for my appointment wasn't ordered in time. When I brought all this to the attention of a manger she was rude and sided with her staff. Hull is unprofessional and I am so disappointed with the service.

Very disappointed with my first visit .
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also the office was very nice and clean. During my visit with Dr. Hull I felt she was very rushed and I did not get an answer for my questions. I left the office feeling like I just came out of a whirlwind. I really felt like I was not suppose to ask questions at all. Overall I was very disappointed with my first visit.

Did not check with Insurance for coverage
I had a procedure performed by Dr. Hull's clinic in Rogers, AR. They never checked or told me that the procedure might be denied by my insurances. No, I did not have to pay the full amount because of insurance discounts but that is why I pay for my insurance. I now have an unnecessary scar on my nose, and I have since quit using Hull Dermatology.

I am very pleased with Dr. Hull. She is very thorough in body checks and explains everything to me. I enjoy talking to her. So glad I was recommended to go to her. My husband and I both go since moving here from Florida.

Avoid this place! My left forearm scar looks terrible from a mole excision removal. You can even see where the stitches were around the mole. They claim to be in aesthetics too, but don’t care how their work looks! Embarrassing and I’ll have to live with it the rest of my life. Also, they’ll bill you more for things after you paid them, $685, a year and a half later too! Another $145 for an excision that looks terrible. Around the holidays too! They also are not willing to make it right with you and say that their terrible work is, “normal,” which it is not.

Had nonspecific spot that was biopsied. Clinic called back with the results and recommended surgical removal. I asked to discuss other options and had an appointment with a physician’s assistant that lasted 10 minutes. She said “The pathologist always recommends surgical removal-you certainly can explore other options.“ Received a prescription for a topical cream instead of surgery. Definitely was feeling like the recommendation for surger (which quickly turned into “no, you don’t have to do sur

When she was in Village on the Creeks she cared about her patients and took time to look over all concerns. The last two times I have seen her she was in and out and you didn't have time to talk to her about your concerns. You feel like a cow through a sale barn. Seems she is more interested in cosmetic patients and any other. Very sad that she doesn't care for her patients anymore.
