Your trust is our top concern.

We strive to keep reviews honest, trustworthy, and fair.

Doctors can not pay for good reviews, nor can they pay to have negative reviews removed.

We monitor all reviews to ensure they comply with our guidelines and don’t include personal information, profanity, libel, defamation, harassment, obscenity or fraud.

Any reviews that are deemed fraudulent or violate our guidelines will be removed immediately.

All reviews are confirmed and audited before publication, and community members have the ability to flag inappropriate content for further review by our team.

She is not your advocate. Does not listen to concerns and acts inconvenienced if you ask questions. Barely sees her patients, let’s her staff take majority of appointments, and then blames them if things do not get communicated correctly. Do not go see her, it could be a deathly mistake.

I saw this dr one time when she gave me the worst news of my life. Everything else was handled by other staff members. I was told she was the best in the area but I could not disagree more. She made the call to do chemo before surgery and then I called the office to tell them I had a possible Covid exposure but then had a NEGATIVE test. She had her staff tell me she wouldn’t see or treat me for 24 days. TWENTY FOUR. Also my port site was infected and they basically said good luck with that get help somewhere else. You are a faceless number in a dank cancer mill at this office. Please go elsewhere. The do NOT have your best interest in mind.

My mom drove 2 hours to see Dr Jones as she came recommended when first diagnosised with breast cancer...double mastectomy, chemo at this office, radiation, 5 year pill, never offered a PETscan only blood work as a follow up. Just before the 5 years, Dec 2017 mom faced anemia and weight loss. Iron transfusion and iron pills, still anemic and losing weight for 6 months, Her primary dr ordered endoscopy revealing stomach cancer. Jones never had no clue. Google lobular breast, anemic, weight loss

She saw my mother for the better part of a year, never performed any procedures to establish a diagnosis, & when my mother wound up so sick she could no longer stand up, it took another team of docs about 10 days to figure out that she had wide-spread metastatic cancer in several organ systems. By then it was too late to do anything and mother only lived a few days after the diagnosis that Cheryl jones never made.
