I have been trying to refill a prescription for several weeks now. This is after calling and receiving commitment that they will do so. I have had the pharmacy fax it, called and left messages, and sat on hold for an hour at a time.

I only seen this Dr in arrowhead hospital in 2009 she is a great Dr. Gave me great advice after my surgery for cancer I asked her. What I could expect from life and how much time I could expect. She said that most last about 5 years but only god would now. Well that was in 2009. And she was right because I'm still here in 2019 and not.doing the best health.wise but not because of cancer but from hernia issues. So if you live in her service area this is one great caring doctor I would recommend you seeing. Debra Beltran

I had my son at St. Joseph under Dr. Twu's care. I regret having my son at St. Joseph hospital which is a hospital with a high incidence on c-section. If you have to be induced, the hospital does not let you walk around, you have to be in bed the whole time. I endured pitocin for almost 24 hrs in bed with no epidural. Dr. Twu did not mention. I ended up with a c-section. During the surgery I complained I felt when Dr. Twu was cutting many times, I was given general anesthesia withoutmy consent

I've had 3 different appointments over the last 5 months and they've all been cancelled by the scheduling office (I've not been able to speak with anyone in the front office). I still have not been able to get in to see Dr. Twu, who was recommended by my primary care MD. I was told Dr. Twu is accepting new patients, but my experience is if you're new, you're going to get bumped. I'm not happy with the way I've been treated. I will not be rescheduling.

I was recommended to Dr Twu by my MD. I can't say enough about her and her office staff. I had many questions for her, and being a new patient she also had many for me. I found her incredibly easy to speak to and I felt she really listened to my questions and health concerns. I would HIGHLY recommend this office!!
