Extremely Pleased With Dr. Alexander!
Dr. Alexander’s nurse was friendly, organized and efficient as she took vital signs, inquired about medications and history and explained procedures. Dr. Alexander was both cordial and professional in demeanor. He answered my questions in detail, explaining treatment options, anticipated results and expectations for the future. I appreciated the knowledge, confidence, and especially eye contact in his communication. At the conclusion of my appointment, I felt that I had been both seen and heard, and I also felt new hope for a level of healing. Dr. Alexander, thankful to have a doctor of your calibre healing our community!

He is NOT the almighty he believes!
Dr. Anderson called me a liar when I told him I had once had a rare endocrine problem. It took my bringing my old records into his office to prove my truth to him. I never saw him again! Nor did I receive an apology!

Thorough and attentive care
I established with Dr. Alexander due to bone density medication intolerance. He recommended a different therapy which is well tolerated. He also monitored lipid and metabolic levels and discussed changes and projected outcomes. He’s very easy to talk to and spends time addressing patients concerns.

Customer Service is sub par
I met Dr. Alexander once, he is nice, and knowledgeable. The issue a not him but staff. They are the most inefficient and unprofessional. After asking to have my lab requisition sent out, it wasn't done for over two months. I presented to the lab, no order on file. I held the line for over 20 mins, waited another ten minutes only to have to call back. Another wait. Why wasn't it done sooner? No concern for patients
