Dr. Chris Grevengood, MD

I went to Dr Grevengood a few years ago and I had so many awful experiences with him. The last straw for me was when I explained to him I had pain during sex and his response to that was “well then don’t have sex” nothing else was discussed he didn’t care to find a solution or a cause he just blatantly did not care. As I mentioned this was a few years ago but it just was something that remained bothering me for so long and I talked about it with someone recently who gave me the idea about leaving a review. I hope this helps many women looking for a new gyno.

Dr. Grevengood is a wonderful doctor.........caring, approachable, respectful and brilliant!!! I've been a patient for about 15 years....older post-menopausal.

He is extremely knowledgeable, tells you the truth ( some people don't like to hear the truth), and explains in detail any procedure. He made me feel comfortable before my surgery and answered all my questions. He does not push for surgery like Dr. Miller when it is unnecessary. Best OBG I have ever had.

I would definitely recommend Dr. Grevengood. He is very personable and makes you feel comfortable. My surgery went very well and I am very pleased with Dr. and his staff. A great group of caring people!

Dr. Grevengood is awesome. One of the best doctors I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with as a patient or family member. He is upfront, honest, doesn’t rush you, genuinely cares, and has a great sense of humor (also has the rare quality of being able to take what he can dish out, sarcasm wise). He is also very knowledgeable, and makes sure to take time to explain things until he knows you understand. I recommend him to everyone looking for an OB-Gyn.

I can not say enough about Dr. Grevengood and his staff! I had a medical issue on a Monday morning and my regular Gyn of 5 years didn't think it was important enough to fit me in that day AND didn't even call me back until almost 4pm even though I had left a message at 8:30am that morning. I checked on line for another Gyn, found Dr. Grevengood's office near where I live in Bonita Springs and called their office right at 4pm. Did I mention that I wasn't even a patient there as yet? His staff was very friendly, compassionate and concerned. I was asked if I could come in right away, which I did. Dr. Grevengood was very thorough, caring, took the time to explain everything to me and introduced me to a pharmacy that could "compound" my prescription for far less than I was paying on the discount drug sites. I never felt "rushed" even though it was past their closing time. Dr. Grevengood is now my new Gyn!!!

My wife and I had our 4th child with Dr. Grevengood. We have had are shares of doctors, Some what good and mostly bad. Me and my wife can truly say dr. Grevengood has been nothing but amazing to work with. My wife had her fist c-section, due to back problems and didn't know what to expect but he made the whole process smooth and easy. I have been a patient a Dr Gravengood's for many years. He is always right on with his diagnosis. He is thoughtful and considerate with what meds he prescribed and always gave me the right advice. Even though I wasn't sure until I realized later

He makes me feel special. It's easy to discuss any concerns that I have. He is professional, and I do not feel rushed or like I am just another patient. He give me his undecided attention.

Excellent doctor and I would highly recommend. He is patient, kind, and does not rush you at all. He will answer all questions in great detail and again never rushed. His staff is top notch, caring, and experienced. I would not go to anyone else.

Dr. Grevengood is the best! He is down to earth and personable. I will be having my third child using Dr. Grevengood and would not want any other doctor. He jokes around (which I love) but when you have questions he is very informative, patient, and kind.

Very experienced, professional OB/GYN that helps you through all stages of womanhood, from giving you your first exam and contraceptives, childbirth and even through menopause. Really cares for the patient and takes the time to explain everything. Great doctor! Wouldn’t change him for anything.

I hate to leave a negative review, but I am writing one in the hopes that I can prevent other women from having a similar experience to mine at this office. I had an extremely uncomfortable experience with Dr. Grevengood. Not only did he make strange comments about my body and compare it to other women, he also did not warn me when he went inside with the speculum. He gave me my breast exam without warning as well, when the nurse was not in the room yet. When I expressed concerns about birth control affecting my hormones, he told me, and I quote, "Here's the thing. All women are crazy. It's not going to make you any more crazy than you already feel." Every reservation I had about going to a male gyno was proven to me during this visit. I urge you to find a doctor that will respect you, inform you, and make you feel safe and comfortable.

Above & beyond. You won’t find a better OBGYN. He really cares and takes his time to listen to all your concerns and give an educated helpful response. He doesn’t miss a beat. His office staff were also very friendly warm and professional.

Amazing Physician! Very caring and knowledgeable. Switched from another Physician who spoke Spanish but he was very condescending and was pushing surgery. Glad I got a second opinion! Have had the best care since.

My Wife saw Dr Grevengood, for starting a family, explained the process of when were ready to get pregnant, and start the prenatal vitamins, and the whole 9 months process of the pregnancy, Great Doctor the best in Town. Its worth the wait time.

Dr. Grevengood delivered both of my children & I could not be happier. He went above and beyond for me- I am so grateful. His personality puts you at ease and has a way of making you relax. Can't thank him enough!

I usually don't write bad reviews, but I couldn't let this one go. He is awful, don't listen, rush you out of the office. He's horrible, so is his nurse
