Go to someone who cares
He’ll ‘try’ and help you if your problems are obvious ones, however if you come to him with anything inconvenient he’ll ignore them. After telling him I never feel good and gave him all my symptoms and struggles, he brushed them aside and gave a ridiculous excuse for them, not even trying to search into them. Instead he’s just letting his patient, that he’s supposed to care for, suffer day and night. It’s sad because he was promising, but it’s even sadder I have to cry because I don’t feel well at all. A healthcare ‘professional’ is supposed to help you with your healthcare, not ignore it. Go to someone who cares about you instead of caring more about billing you even though they did nothing.

Be prepared to wait
The doctor was an hour late for the appointment and while I was waiting in the lobby another patient checked in for the same time as me ( so they double booked) and I was told by the nurse there was another patient ahead of me. During my appointment with the doctor I felt rushed and my appointment only lasted 15-20 minutes like he needed to make up time. I forgot to ask a few questions I had including a prescription renewal.

Dr. Hardegree has taken care of my son for about a year in what turned into a terminal illness. We could not have ask for a more kind and accessible doctor . My first visit with him . He was referred by my current Dr . I loved my main Dr tobi williams (who has now left private practice) I knew it was going to be different and scary starting fresh. I actually was nervous in getting a whole new Dr and going through a new team since I have been trough a lot in the last 2-3years. However I was impressed he actually sat down a took the time to visit and he reviews my chart before we ment. We also talked shop a little not just about my crazy history. So, I hope that in writing this it might be a new start to many years of having a steady , nice, compassionate, and smart Dr on my side. I hope he just continues to be open and supportive in my journey. To be continued ..... Sarah Fay
