Dr. Lakhiani and Nicole (professional who works with Doctor Lakhiani), performed multiple surgeries on my husband, saving his life and his foot. They were able to keep a serious infection at bay while performing plastic surgery techniques to encourage the growth of new skin and grafting replacement skin on my husbands foot. REMARKABLE TEAM! My husband and I are forever grateful for the work they have performed.

Dr. Chris Lakhiani should remember that when he became a doctor he took an oath to help people. He should also remember that working in Jersey Shore children’s hospital, there are kids that are his patients. This past Friday, my son, 23 months old, fell on a set of patio stairs and split open his forehead and had multiple lacerations on his nose and face. After being in the emergency room for 2hrs we were told that a plastic surgeon, which was offered by the ER doctor before we could even request one to suture my son’s head, would not come in because the wound does not fit a certain criteria.please note it was approximately 8:00pm at this point. After having to plead my case over a couple more hours, I was told that Dr. Lakhiani would also not come in but would see my son and suture his head at 9am Saturday morning in the emergency room. After discussing this with my wife and the doctor and nurses there, they explained it’s safe to wait till the morning in order for a plastic surgeon, since the on-call plastic surgeon declined to come in to treat my son that night. The nurse and doctors on staff explained to us get to the emergency room at 8:30am so we can sign you in and have it all set up for the doctor at 9am. We did just that. After 2 and a half ours Lakhiani finally graced us with his presence, never apologizing for his lateness or saying he had another patient, nothing other than asking me if I had Blue Cross Blue Shield and stating that my son’s wound wasn’t anything and that the staff in the ER could have done this. I added that we wanted someone with his expertise to suture our 23 month son on his forehead to minimize any scarring as much as possible. After he completed the procedure he asked my wife and I if we have any questions, and my wife kindly asked how to treat the sutures after we leave and can we have some steri strips to protect my son from getting at the suture. His pompous and asinine reply was “no just medical questions.” As you can well imagine I had some questions of my own and was at the last straw. After stating how I felt about this whole situation and us both arguing he expressed in his cold self centered way that he did us a favor by coming in. I hope that Dr. Chris Lakhiani reads this and you learn from this. Patients, especially kids, are not just a dollar sign and you should go take some etiquette classes because your humanistic approach for people is disgusting. At the end of the day I should have let the emergency doctor take care of my son because Dr. Lakhiani did no special suture to my 23 month old boy or any special treatment to the rest of his face.

I suffered with groin nerve pain for over 4 years before I found Doctor Lakhiani on the internet. He operated on the right side Pudendal nerve and 2 months later did the left side. I have gotten about 80% pain relief so far and I am confident it will continue to heal and feel better. Dr. Lakhiani and his staff are very professional but easy to talk to and explained the problem and procedures very well. He understood my pain and frustration and really wanted to help me. I will be forever grateful and recommend him and his team if you have Pudendal nerve compression problems.

After 8 doctors couldn’t figure out why I was having pain, I followed the recommendations and sought out a nerve doctor hoping for an answer. Dr. Lakhiani was able to diagnose the source of the pain in one visit. Turns out that it was torn nerves from my prior c-section surgeries that was causing me significant pain for two years. It required micro neurosurgery, and I worked with his office to schedule right away. The office is run very well. I never waited in the waiting room for more than five minutes, and the procedure was carefully explained so that I understood the complete process. Follow up after surgery was fantastic, and we were able to reach help immediately if any issues arose. Six weeks after surgery I am finally pain free for the first time in two years.

Dr Lakhiani is without question the best peripheral nerve surgeon you can find. He is honest, caring, and generally very concerned about your pain. I had seen other plastic surgeons, peripheral nerve surgeons and top neuro surgeons, both in Pennsylvania and in numerous states. He operated on my cluneal nerve(s) and took away my pain. I have cried for nearly a decade trying to find someone to help me. Thank God for Dr Lakhiani. Note: my pain started as a result of back fusions, whereby doctors cut into my iliac crest and damaged my cluneal nerve(s).

My foot surgeon surgeon recommended Dr Lakhiani to me. I had a hole in my foot that almost took my life. The first appointment, I was terrified but after meeting Dr Lakhiani all that fear went away. He explained how everything would work. He has a calming affect even though he delivered the bad news. I got myself together and I put my trust in him. Dr Lakhiani has a calming demeanor, his bedside manner makes you feel comfortable, he puts you at ease, and he’s a doctor that listens to you.
