What a great Doctor!
Dr. Chris Miller at Legacy Orthopedics is outstanding, so glad I found him. I have going to him for just over a year for Cortisol shots . I have to say I was nervous but he put me to ease immediately. He is very professional and I pleasantly surprised that I didn’t have pain during my treatment. Dr. Miller’s team from front desk, intake, X-rays and follow up are very professional .

Dr Miller is amazing
Dr Miller is wonderful. He’s very caring, punctual, knowledgeable, and punctual. He will give you an honest opinion concerning your care as to what is a realistic expectation of the options that are available regarding your care. He has a sense of humor and has worked wonderfully with my 84 year old mother.

Would definitely see him again if needed
I went to Dr. Miller because I developed knee pain and my previous orthopedic doctor was no longer in my network. I was able to get an appointment in a reasonable time and he was great about ordering the necessary tests to confirm a diagnosis and formulate a treatment plan. The surgery (meniscus repair) was quick and the results were immediate - the pain I'd had for two months since the injury was gone. Dr. Miller and his staff were great.

5 Star Surgeon
Four weeks ago Total hip replacement. Dr Miller was extremely helpful but not pushy in diagnosing my hip condition and explaining options. The surgery went well and I am discharged without restriction...currently in PT and on the way to full recovery. Dr. Miller and staff are exceptional at what they do.

Excellent care. Very clear on Procedures.
This was a pre-surgery consultation for a knee replacement. Answered all questions clearly. Discussed what it took to have a successful surgery and the potential problems that could occur.

Great Experience with Dr Miller
Dr Miller attentively listened to my description of my knee issues, then explained what was going on while pointing to x-ray images. He explained treatment options, with emphasis on lower-risk, non-surgical approaches. He recommended against MRI, noting that those images would not be likely to change the selected approach, not to mention its cost. He then immediately drained about 40 ml of fluid from my knee, injected cortisone, prescribed an anti-inflammatory med, and gave me follow-up instructions. I'm feeling better later the same day. Everyone in the entire practice was friendly and efficient. The visit, including x-rays and treatment took less than 30 minutes. I would go back.

Dr. Miller performed hip surgery on my husband last December and I am getting a new left knee in August. I feel completely confident of his ingenious methodology. Why isn't everyone following his lead

I had my total knee surgery in July of 22. Knee pain was a daily part of my life for years. The experience from consult to surgery was nothing but positive. After surgery the pain level was manageable and brief. I was walking without walker on day 2. I was able to run/walk the Dallas 1/2 marathon in December. I highly recommend Dr Miller and his team. His team was helpful and accommodating.

NO!! Since I can finally see other orthopedic surgeons. I have now learned that Dr. Miller did not correctly, completely fix the fracture HE caused (and tried to hide the fact he caused it until I found out). Part of the fracture had to heal on its own (while I was doing physical therapy for my knee). No wonder pt hurt so much, and I kept telling him where it hurt (exactly where the fracture was) & how much; no wonder it is still painful. Plus it still squeaks, yes "squeaks". Dr. Miller fractured my medial condyle (of femur) while doing a partial knee replacement. He told us he had to put two screws in the side of my knee. When I asked him what caused the fracture, his replay was "osteopenia". About two weeks later, I asked for the report & found out HE had fractured my bone. When I asked his staff, I was told, "That is correct." I could not get him to answer all of my questions. There are too many issues to list here. I would definitely NOT recommend him.
