The Doctor is nice but office staff is hard to work with. When you call in rarely do you get to speak to a person.

He was my Dr. for many years. Due to lack of treatment of many symptoms, was finally tested for Lymes Disease. I tested positive to his surprise. Confronting him with what next he had nothing to say. Having headaches almost daily, were ignored the entire years of being his patient. Sent for neck X-ray totally abnormal. Ignored. Please insist how you want treatment. Only you know your own body. Cherish it!! If your Dr. doesn’t take you seriously, change Drs.

I have been a patient of Dr. Wetzel's for a number of years now, starting when I lived in Gettysburg. I have since moved to Harrisburg, then more recently to York County. I will continue to make the trek to see Dr. Wetzel and his staff due to how wonderful my experiences have been over the years.

Dr. Wetzel has a real "hometown doctor" persona. Appointments do not feel rushed. He listens and is very helpful. I get the feeling that he really cares about his patients. Very refreshing.

Dr. Wetzel in my opinion is a great Doctor. He remembers everyone in my family and the things that are wrong with them. Anytime I have a concern he calls me back and it's always nice to be able to actually talk to your own doctor on off hours (nights and weekends) when you have a concern.
