She only cares about the money she makes from you
I seen dr cheng for an infection, during my visit I was injured recently rear ended in a car accident wearing a neck brace. She tells me she doesn’t deal with car accidents and that didn’t bother me. What got me concerned was a few days later when the blood work she ordered came back positive for an infection her female assistant told me that dr cheng WILL NOT PRESCRIBE AND RELEASE the required antibiotics unless I come in again to pay for another visit. I messaged her that my car accident doctor asked me to take off work for 3 weeks off from work so I only drive in an emergency. I had to switch to another doctor that was empathic and not neglectful that treated my infection.

I tried to get a referral for three weeks! I then called the insurance company and they never were called them to get one (referral) ! She sent me for a blood test then said I did not get all the test completed, she gave me the paperwork? I don't think she wanted to help me because I was asking for pain pills and leg cramp medicine. I wish I didn't need them but when your back is screwed up and can't sit, stand or lay down for any length of time. I guess if you need skin wrinkles removed she might work for you!

I've been seeing Dr. Cheng for many years now. She is always friendly and caring. She listens to my questions and always seems to have good answers and good reasons for tests she wants done, etc. She always asks "is there anything else?" She seems rushed, but always spends enough time with me.

Dr Cheng made me feel like a product rather than a patient. I never felt good nor better after visiting her. She was always in rushed. Sometimes, I spent more than 45 minutes waiting (30mins outside, 15mins inside) and she came and spent 5-10 minutes at the most before rushing to see another patients. She definitely made me feel like visiting a business not a clinic, where time is money.

Dr.Cheng is not concerned with the patient at all. I went in for a "physical" and she only checked my ears and throat. I've also had some ongoing health concerns since last fall and she requested lab work. When I went back to go over the results she didn't explain anything! Thank goodness my sister is a nurse and provided information regarding the results. I would NEVER recommend going here!! If you want a REAL Doctor go elsewhere!! What a waste of time, energy and insurance!!

Incredibly awkward and sometimes rude. She didn't treat me with respect and basically accused me of being an alcoholic. I'm a tired mother of two and I hardly drink at all. I've seen her a few times now and I'm vowing to find someone new.

She always would ask me what I needed in medication. I had to call her to get my test results and she said she would have to have her staff locate my file. If something was wrong she would ask me if I wanted an xray or not. Always seemed too busy when she came in to the exam room. Did not make me feel like I was important. She also gave me the wrong results on a test.. Would not recommend her as a doctor.
