Gave me the wrong perscription
I went to Dr. Childers for birth control. When I requested a stronger dose of birth control pills, she prescribed me hormone replacement pills without my knowledge and told me they were birth control pills! These pills are not a contraceptive and are for women going through menopause (I am 26). I was on these pills for four months. They made me feel completely out of my mind. My hormones were off, and I was physically and mentally unwell — not to mention that I was not protected from pregnancy. I'm sure this was an accident, but it was grossly irresponsible, and she never realized her mistake. I only found out what the pills actually were when I went to a different doctor for a physical and mentioned the pills to her. I would never trust Childers with anything, especially women's care. I am shocked at the level of negligence here.
