Instead of reviewing my current physical symptoms he was more focused on my records in which I was flagged as a drug seeker and treated me according to that. I have had chronic pancreatitis since 2011. I have documentation supporting my diagnosis. My home meds do not work everytime when I have a flare up. Being treated like scum is not appreciated. He barely talked to me about my medical history. This is an awful diagnosis to have. I cannot work and it's only gotten worse over time. These PEP providers don't understand pancreas issues. It is very painful. My quality if life has diminished. I do appreciate being ignored and judged. I know there ate drug seekers but I am not one of them. I truly need help when I force myself to go to the ER. Kindness and listening go a long way sir!!!

This is the 3rd UTI for my hubby in 7 weeks. No one taking a proactive stance. Dr. Bridgewater very thorough. He had flaming UTI and Dr. Bridgwater did thorugh testing. Sure wish he had a regular practice. We need a proactive dr.

My 82 year old mother was taken to the ER for complications from COPD and pneumonia. Her situation was very severe and Dr. Bridgwater was the physician on duty. He was very kind and took good care of her.

Grandmother was in the ER, he being her doctor. He talked over us, belittled me when I had questions, and made me feel idiotic for having them. Discharged her with her having pneumonia and being lethargic and incoherent, and refused to allow us a second opinion.
