Excellent Orthopedist
He is a terrific diagnostician, very patient and attentive. He has also helped my 92 year old mother in law with a persistent shoulder problem...she claims was was the best orthopedist who has ever treated her.

Would not recommend
Very poor. Dr Guier did my ACL graft poorly (placed too vertical). As a result, I've had 2 medial meniscus surgeries since then, and will be having a third to undo/redo the ACL graft and get a meniscus transplant surgery.

Dr. Guier is incredibly bright, compassionate, diligent and thorough. He gets to the bottom of a diagnosis and is able to identify and solve problems that other physicians have missed. I would highly recommend him.

Grateful patient, Santa Barbara – Oct 14, 2021
×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Guier?
Dr. Guier spends time with me as his patient, carefully listening to my concerns. He is thorough, as well as warm and kind, and explains medical procedures in terms I can understand. I'm sorry he is no longer in Wyoming, and I must now find someone to replace him. That will be difficult to do. I appreciate his care and his skill.

Cindy Jackelen in Kaycee, Wyoming – Jul 21, 2017
×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Guier?
Dr Guier, is an extremely knowledgable and professional physician. I visited his clinic in regards to a knee injury sustained skiing. He asked me questions about the injury to clearly understand the circumstances in which it happened and did a thorough exam. He then gave me his opinion on the extent of the damage and informed me of the next steps. Throughout the consultation I felt confident I was receiving the best care and he was concerned with my well being.
