If I could change my previous ratings, I would!! The support staff is great. I had to wait an hour to see the doctor. This doctor is arrogant, condescending,has no customer service skills, he doesn'tlisten, lacks understanding, lacksempathy, he is dismissive, he rush through sessions, and has noconsiderations. He audio recorded mychild's session without my permission.He didn't give me a chance to tell himabout my child's specialist appointments, procedures, and updates.

Dismissive
Dr. Ryser was very dismissive with my child and issues that concerned her. He was very condescending to me when I brought up my concerns. He then went on a lecture and a personal story of something that had nothing to do with my child. Waste of money and time!

Wonderful
Having had a previous TERRIBLE experience with another pediatric psychiatrist, Dr. Ryser is a breath of fresh air and has been absolutely wonderful. He listens closely to my concerns about my son and his ADHD and takes the time to explain treatment options. He truly seems to care and has been wonderful!

Lacking in compassion and patience
I would not recommend this psychiatrist. He is dismissive, inpatient, and uncaring.
