The secretary staff and MD are horrible!!! The Nurse practitioner’s are pretty good though. I personally have changed providers

He ACTUALLY listens to what you have to say. He isn't judgmental or condescending. I hope to stay with him for years to come. Thanks to him, I am getting the help I need for a condition that other doctors have turned a blind eye and deaf ear to. I am very grateful to him for his help.

Horrible experiences! He refused to acknowledge my concerns and calls. He refers out to the most expensive services and has no compassion at all! He is arrogant and repeats the same speal every time you see him. Not to mention he was unresponsive and his time was more important than mine. I hire him and I fired him and am going to file a complaint with the board! Do Not recommend this doctor and based on the other reviews everyone should stear clear. It's obvious he went into this field for $!

Never had a better doctor! Dr. Sutter listened to all of my concerns and was extremely thorough! I am very happy with my choice to switch to Dr. Sutter.

Dr. Sutter is one of the worst practicing physicians i have ever seen. If you have any mental health issues, he is definately not the dr. To see! He refused to refill my anti depressant on a weekend, when i had been playing phone tag with his nurse for 3 days. I am 7 months pregnant, and not only is it harmful to me, but to my unborn child to have to stop a medication that i have been on for 10+ years! Bad practice!!!!

I found Dr. Sutter to be dismissive, arrogant and lacking of anything that resembles compassion. He frequently interrupted and was belittling to me, as well as his staff. He dismissed my concerns and questioned whether I fully understood the terminology of the symptoms I was reporting. He refused to consider my insight and understanding of my own body. Two of my visits were for routine care and the final was for strep throat, which he insisted I did not have. However, labs proved positive.

Took him 6 office visits to diagnose my nephew with RSV and then this week my nephew was running a fever for 5 days and had no diagnosis. Took 2 office visits and 2 ER visit for children's hospital to diagnose him with an ear infection. This poor baby boy is 9 months old and has had a steady 102° fever if not higher and they provided no solution yet again. I would never recommend Dr. Sutter or anyone on his team.

Worst mistake of my life bringing my son to this specific office. As a first time mom its overly aggravating not being able to get in contact with anybody in the office. 4wks old and i had a concern about my child wheezing and it took the office over 6hrs to get in contact with me, no exaggeration. N that was only after i repeatedly had to call jus to get somebody to even answer at the front desk. Its strange to me that nobody is ever around to answer the phone when the office isnt ever busy

I had been his patient for two years. I saw him last week. Complaining of fever, aches, coughing, and pain in my chest. He told me I had a virus nothing he could do. He tried to prescribe me allergy medicine I had been on for two years already per his direction. Three days later I ended up at Urgent Care with Pneumonia. I'll be looking for a new primary care doctor after this.

Have had this doctor for a couple of years. Seemed to be a good doctor as far as blood work and regular exams went. But then I had a problem. I knew that I had a respiratory infection but was told it was bronchitis and given an inhaler only to be called later and told i had pneumonia and given an antibiotic. Two weeks later I feel terrible. I left messages two days in a row for another antibiotic and have heard nothing back. Now I will be going to the ER and informing my insurance as to why.
