Walked out after waiting an hour for my 11 year old with no explanation! Dr. Jimenez in that office has never made us wait like that!

Had a 9am appointment and by 9:50am had not been seen by Dr. Stuber. I know it's Covid times but 50 mins late just doesn't work for me. Everyone's time, including mine, is valuable. In addition the office was not prepared and had the wrong set of tests lined up for me so told me I would have to come in again for two separate appointments. Since I wasn't even seen for the first appointment because of their poor time management and inability to review my chart prior to the appointment, why would I then schedule 2 more appointments to experience the same lunacy? I actually heard the PA outside bickering w the doctor and other staff about my appointment. The only thing they did right was reimburse me for my copay and not bill my insurance company for the office visit. And the Mercy office was clean and Covid conscious so that's why 2 stars instead of 1. I basically wrote my morning off bc of this. Didn't get my tests done. And now have to start all over to find another ophthalmologist.

If you are looking for warm and fuzzy you won’t find it here. Dr. Stuber is all business. I can see how her direct manner may turn off folks but that may just be an easy coast to weat coast thing since she went to Med school at Univ of Pittsburg (a top 10 med school). My primary doctor highly recommend her so I’m going to go for it. Other recommendations I got were Steve Wong and Richard A. Jones.

Dr. Stuber is a great doctor she has help me tremendously. I wouldn't think Of going to anyone else.
