If I could give 0 stars I would. The office manager told me to find another physician because she would do nothing about her staff canceling my appointment when I never asked to cancel. After needing to make appointments an entire year prior we do not know what can come up in a year. I called to see if we can reschedule for another day when they told me next appointment isn’t until 5 months out I said never mind I will keep my appointment and make accommodations at my work to be able to make the appointment. The staff took it upon themselves to cancel my appointment. When I told the manager to listen to the recordings she said she would but to prevent the issue in the future and do nothing about mine being canceled and I can find another physician cause she would not give me back my appointment. They are HORRIBLE to say the least and it’s useless to have an office manager when she is going to side with the staff and their attitude and do absolutely nothing to accommodate dr brandls patients. When I asked if I can speak to the dr the manager said she would absolutely not be calling me and is on their side about the situation. Dr brandl is such an awesome dr and it would’ve been nice for the staff to follow her footsteps. What a shame that now because of the staff I will no longer be a patient of dr Brandl’s even after she delivered my now 11 year old daughter and my now 6 year old daughter. As per previous reviews I am not the only one who has a complaint about the staff.

This doctor did not look at my chart before seeing me after I waited 90 minutes each time. She left me waiting for two hours with no communication, consequentially making me late to check in at the hospital for my procedure. Her staff failed to pass along crucial messages and were very unprofessional/unorganized. I would arrive to the office, and the staff wouldn’t even know that I had an appointment for the day/time that they scheduled me for. Dr. Brandl was defensive and elusive following the procedure, instead of being compassionate and concerned. This doctor might be knowledgeable (which is what I told myself) but she is far too busy to provide quality and necessary care.

Excellent care ! Very personable. Staff is excellent from front desk to her assistant.

Dr Brandl is always very attentive and caring. She takes her time with each and every patient and remembers every details of your personal life that is important

9 out of 10 times, the wait time is minimal. No more than 20 minutes. Dr Brandl and staff are amazing. Always friendly, respectful and caring. I love the fact that I am always seen on time, but Dr Brandl is never in a hurry. She always takes the time to answer my questions and address my concerns. She is knowledgeable and compassionate.

Dr. Brandon was, as usual, very attentive and caring. I really like the staff, they treated me with respect and kindness. The office is clean and we'll maintained.
