Dr. Harder is very knowledgeable about treating migraines. Her nurse, medical assistant, Beth, is exceptional!! So sweet, kind, knows about insurance & all the paperwork. So helpful. Goes above & beyond! I highly recommend this office.

Dr. Christine Harter is my primary care provider, I can honestly say that I have never had a more caring or attentive doctor. She always listens to my concerns and never makes me feel rushed. When I told her I was moving and would have to find a new primary care doctor, she found one for me that day, that is only minutes from my new home! I have recommended her to other family members, and they love her too!

I had my first appointment with her and was hoping to find a great family care physician for me and my family but I left in tears. Dr. Harter's receptionist and phlebotomist were stellar however her Medical Assistant seemed to be lacking in communication skills and was curt. Maybe Dr. Harter & assistant were having a bad day. Who knows but for a first impression there was a lot of room for improvement and plenty of doubt in my mind. She was not attentive, rather a bit abrupt in my opinion, and didn't seem to listen nor show any empathy or concern whatsoever. She asked plenty of questions however from her retorts she truly wasn't actively listening nor did she care to. I am a complex patient with a multitude of ongoing issues. Usually a doctor tries to connect with their patients early on but not her. Her affect was flat and condescending. She berated my former practitioner who I had for over 10 years and questioned their care. In my opinion, she was very unprofessional.

I just began seeing Dr. Harter this year, and I will not be going back. The final straw was while her office and my insurance informed me she was in-network, I come to find out that she actually is not. I played phone tag between her office and my insurance to resolve this issue, and I am extremely frustrated with her billing/insurance office. I've seen Dr. Harter 3 times this year due to complications after I had COVID-19. I also have type 1 diabetes. She always made remarks, and alluded that my symptoms are probably just my diabetes- which is incredibly rude! My numbers are the best they've been in years. Overall, she just seemed rather clueless. I wound up in the ER for stomach pains and vomiting. The ER doctor ran a CT scan and informed me it isn't diabetes related! However, I will say that Dr. Harter is willing to write referrals and run blood work. So if you need the basics, fine, go see her. But be careful about billing, and don't go to her if you have chronic issues.

Dr. H is pretty amazing!! she's been really helpful and understanding. I admit my very first visit was a bit scary cuz I wasn't sure we were gonna bond but we did LOL. She extremely dedicated to her patients and their well-being. I appreciate how helpful and attentive she is, she always listens and helps me. Her staff is a number one to anytime I need something I can reach out and they assist. I feel like it's more than just a job for them. They are truly hard workers and I appreciate them very much.

I felt good about it; Dr Harter gave be helpful guidance to address my condition; she is professional and caring.

Dr. HARTER listened carefully to my symptoms and took steps to address my needs. She prescribed the medication I needed and explained exactly how & when to start the pills.

We had a telemed appointment, I had some issues logging in but Dr. Harter was patient. She was thorough and was considerate and understanding that I didn't want testing until I was vaccinated for Covid19.

First visit. She allowed time to understand my concerns and made a recommendation to see someone else for a specific post surgical issue. She ordered appropriate labs and we scheduled a follow up visit. Her PA is amazing!
